Coursing Blocks

Telescopic Cranked Underfloor Ventilators and Airbricks are used to ventilate the void beneath for floor.

'T' shaped block profiled to fit between the beam bearing ends over the supporting wall, to avoid the need to cut blocks/bricks to size. The closure blocks comes in 3 sizes (215mm, 440mm for the beam and block flooring systems and 540mm for the Poly-Plus flooring system).

A 385mm x 100mm block which can be used either below the beam ends or above the beam ends to assist in alignment of internal and external courses.

Ceiling Clips to fit both the 175 mm and 225mm deep Rackham beams can be supplied, where required, to provide a fixing for timber battens to receive a plasterboard finish. The clips should be fixed after the flooring blocks have been positioned and before final grouting of the floor.
