Founded in 1979 by Charles Rackham, Rackham Housefloors Ltd has been a cornerstone in the building industry for over 40 years. Our journey began with a commitment to quality and innovation in supplying 175mm pre-stressed concrete floor beams. In 1991, the company welcomed a new era under the leadership of Paul Moore, further solidifying its position as a market leader.

Our headquarters, established in Mill Street East, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire since 1990, stand as a testament to our enduring presence and growth. Expanding our reach, we operate from two key production factories located in Grantham & Featherstone. This strategic geographical spread allows us to efficiently deliver nationwide.

The annual production capacity of 3.6 million linear metres not only showcases our scale but also our dedication to meeting the industry's demands. Through these efforts, Rackham Housefloors Ltd has proudly maintained its role as an industry leader in the Beam & Block/Poly infill panel/top sheet market, delivering solutions that builders and architects trust.
